James Welch is a freelance videographer. He previously worked for Kendall Auto Group as their in-house videographer for the marketing department. Welch has worked on a variety of freelance video jobs, most notably with the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), covering their last three, in-person conferences. He got his start at NADA as a video production intern in the public affairs department during the summer of 2018, where he also published articles for the NADA blog and NADA foundation page. Welch graduated from University of Oregon in 2019 with a B.S. in journalism. While at UO, he worked as a videographer for the Daily Emerald from 2018-2019.
